• Q. My child is interested in a sport. Does he/she have to pre-register?

  There is no pre-registration, however, it is important that your son/daughter attend the first day of practice and/or try-outs. Also, a current sports physical and signed compliance forms must be on file in order for the athlete to participate.

• Q. When do the IHSA seasons begin?

  The Fall season begins on August 8th.
  The Winter season begins on October 25th.
  The Spring Season starts on February 28th.

• Q. What types of safety measures will be in place during fall athletic practices and competitions?

  足球买球 will be following the most up to date guidance from the IDPH, CDC, and IHSA. Every student-athlete must be wearing a mask as they arrive and leave for practice or athletic competition. Students will be asked a series of questions to log their activity and have their temperature taken before participating. There will be sport specific measures we must follow as well.

• Q. My son or daughter wants to play a winter, spring, and/or summer sport. What opportunities are available to them during the fall season?

  The IHSA is allowing 20-contact days starting September 7th through October 31st. We will have more information on these opportunities as we receive more guidance from the IHSA. Feel free to contact the athletic department or the varsity head coach for more information.

• Q. My child participates in _________. How is playing time determined?

  Playing time is a coaching decision based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, talent/skill level, effort, commitment, respect, and character. Coaches want to know that their athletes are coachable and trustworthy.

• Q. How do I get something in the Daily Bulletin?

  The Marketing Communications Department manages the Daily Bulletin. Please email communications@fenwickfriars.com to submit something to the Daily Bulletin.

• Q. Who manages the 足球买球 website?

  Marketing Communications also manages the website.

• Q. How does 足球买球 contribute to the year-end banquets?

  足球买球 contributes $15 per athlete/coach.

• Q. How do we receive funds for the year-end banquet?

  Communicate the number of athletes and coaches attending and who the check should be made out to.

• Q. How does 足球买球 participate in Senior Night?

  On a designated home game toward the end of the season, there will be a brief ceremony in which the athlete along with his/her parents are introduced. 足球买球 will have a rose for each senior to present to a parent or guardian. The President and Principal are invited to all Senior Nights. 足球买球 does not contribute financially in any other way.

• Q. My son or daughter also participates in travel ________. What do I do if it conflicts with a 足球买球 sport?

  足球买球 athletics takes precedence over travel, club sports, AAU, etc. If your child decides to participate in a non-足球买球 activity during the season, it will be considered an unexcused absence.

• Q. My son/daughter participates in multiple sports. How do I juggle more than one sport?

  足球买球 encourages multi-sport athletes. As a result, the in-season sport is a priority. The summer can be challenging and requires communication and compromise with the student-athlete and coaches. The 买球APP官网 Director can help facilitate these discussions.

• Q. How much does it cost to attend a 足球买球 athletic event?

  There is only an admission charge for Varsity Football, Varsity Boys'/Girls' Basketball, Girls' Volleyball and Wrestling. The cost for admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children/students.

• Q. My son or daughter could not attend the banquet and needs to pick up his or her letter. Who do I contact?
