  Freshman Applicants

  Freshmen applications will be considered for admissions under the following guidelines:

  • Take the entrance exam on December 6th, 2025 (see exam process below)
  • Complete the online application. Only candidates that test at 买球APP will be given access to the online application
  • Standardized test scores and report cards from grade schools should be forwarded to 买球APP after sitting for the exam. 买球APP will provide guidance to all testers on how to proceed with obtaining report cards.
  • Complete Tuition Assistance Information
  • Once decisions have been posted, parents will be notified to login and accept the decision
  • Complete a tuition contract

  Transfer Applicants

  We are currently reviewing transfers for the 2026-2027 academic year. To be considered for transfer admissions, the following items are required:

  • Completed Transfer Application Form
  • Completed Discipline Record Release Form
  • Updated Transcript or Grade Report from current school
  • Attendance Record from current school
  • Discipline Record from current school (if applicable)
  • IEP/504 and/or School Plan (if applicable)
  • 1 page personal statement

  Please send all transfer materials to Kathleen O'Laughlin, Director of Enrollment, at kolaughlin@fenwickfriars.com. After the initial internal review, a transfer interview is required.
  This interview will include the student and parent(s), along with the Director of Enrollment, Principal, Director of Student Services, and Class Counselor.
